How you can organize a LARP:
- give each character a set of goals, or a personal quest.
- make a timetable of the events to happen.
- try causing in-character conflict between the players.
- try unifying the players against the common cause.
- any combination of the above.
- anything else that would make players react.
How do I become a Larper?
Step #1 Search for a LARP that interests you
- Search r/LARP subreddit.
- Post in r/LARP subreddit.
- Visit your local gaming stores.
- Contact local gaming clubs (They can usually be found at universities and colleges)
- If everything else fails, start a small scale larp with your friends and recruit players as you go.
How do you make your character cool?
- Know Your Character. Develop A Thorough Backstory. Examine Your Character’s Personality. Envision The Appearance Of Your Characters.
- Write Your Character Into The Story. Develop Interior Dialogue. Create Authentic Dialogue. Dive Into The Action.
- Don’t Make Them Boring!
