Definitely worth it to at least try it out for a month and see how it goes. To be perfectly honest, not really. Questing can be fun but very repetitive, mob fights come down to casting a blade or 2 and then aoe, while most boss fights are the same with a few more blades and feints.

Storm is by far the fastest school to solo with, and Tempest is the most useful AoE spell in the game. Most fights end really quickly with one-shot bosses if done right, making storm arguably the best solo school in levels 60-90.
Is life a good solo school?
I would say life school is the best/easiest to solo the entire game, with good deck set up you can pretty much be undefeatable 99% of the battles throughout the game thanks to the large number of heals you get.
Is ice a good school?
I agree, ice is a very powerful school when it comes to being safe and alive. However, their attacks aren’t as strong as other schools. Ice is just a school with good health and low attacks.
